TEMP Part-Time Attorney (Boston)

Innovative Driven is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Litigation Associate to join the team at a boutique complex high-stakes litigation law firm client in Boston! Description:The attorney will be fulfilling all duties of a litigation associate, including legal research, drafting and editing briefs and other legal documents, discovery (including drafting and responding to discovery requests and helping prepare for depositions), developing case strategy, and working with firm attorneys in all aspects of a busy class action litigation practice. Requirements:Juris Doctor and barred in MALocated near Boston, MA with ability work a flexible hybrid schedule (in-office for meetings and as needed)Ability to work part time with flexibility as needed (~20 hours expected per week)Exceptional writing and research skillsExperience in litigation, ideally former clerkships and/or complex litigation experience
