This role is not about checking boxes or grinding billable hours; it is about using smart, efficient litigation strategy to build leverage, move cases forward intentionally, and maximize client recovery. The ideal candidate sees opportunity in every phase of litigation, from pleadings to depositions, and knows how to push cases toward meaningful, high-leverage milestones.
