Manufacturing | On-site (Peru IN)Salary: $87k-$130k DOESchedule: Monday–Friday, 3rd Shift | Rotating weekendsBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Education reimbursementPosition SummaryThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading maintenance strategy, people, and systems to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimal downtime in a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with Operations and Engineering to support production goals, improve asset reliability, and maintain a safe, efficient facility.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop maintenance supervisors and teams to ensure consistent, safe execution of workDrive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtimeImplement and sustain best-in-class maintenance systems including TPM, RCM, and root cause analysisPlan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities to support production needsServe as escalation point for complex equipment and process issuesPartner with Engineering to optimize equipment reliability and long-term asset performanceTrack and analyze maintenance KPIs including downtime, OEE, PM compliance, and reliability metricsUse data to drive continuous improvement and cost control initiativesEnsure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirementsProvide leadership coverage during off-hours or critical operational events as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience leading maintenance teams or supervisors in a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical and electrical knowledge including PLCs, instrumentation, and industrial equipmentHands-on experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programsWorking knowledge of TPM, RCM, and work order management systemsProficiency with CMMS systems, SAP PM preferredStrong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including occasional weekendsIf you meet the above qualifications and would like to apply for this position, please click APPLY NOW and upload your most current resume or you may email your resume to our recruiter, Heather Murphy at ...@adeccona.com.
