Reporting to the President & CEO, this role manages publications, marketing, digital content, and event coordination—helping promote programs, events, and community engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunications & PublicationsManage editorial calendar and produce primary publication (11 issues/year)Write, edit, and distribute newsletters and communicationsMaintain website contentPrograms & EventsCoordinate logistics for events (Annual Meeting, Awards Banquet, etc.)Work with sponsors, vendors, and internal teamsPrepare promotional and post-event contentSupport internal teams with meetings and documentationDigital MarketingManage social media and web content calendarsExecute marketing campaignsTrack and report performance metricsGeneral SupportAssist with marketing strategy and vendor coordinationProvide administrative support to leadershipQualificationsBachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field preferred2+ years in communications, marketing, or eventsStrong writing, organization, and time management skillsExperience with social media, email marketing, and CMSAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyAdditional RequirementsValid driver’s license; light travel requiredAbility to lift up to 35 lbs. and move throughout the workdayWhy Join?Join a collaborative, community-focused organization offering competitive pay, benefits, and the opportunity to make a local impact.
