The Assistant Project Manager will support overall project execution by working hand-in-hand with our experienced project management team, coordinating with subcontractors, and assisting in the preparation and distribution of submittals and RFI's. Additional responsibilities include facilitating communication among team members, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and resolving any on-site issues to maintain project efficiency. We are looking for a capable individual that is attentive to detail and eager to learn.QualificationsProficient in Project Management, including planning, communication, and timeline trackingSkills in Logistics Management, including coordinating deliveries and resources effectivelyStrong problem-solving abilities and ability to work in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsFamiliarity with the construction industryProficiency with Microsoft Project is preferredBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
