The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering high quality work.You will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams driving project success from preconstruction through closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finishManage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, change orders, and cost controlsOversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performanceConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and qualityFacilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirementsWork closely with field teams to proactively identify and resolve issuesDrive project closeout, documentation, and owner turnover processesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of project management experience in commercial constructionProven ability to manage multi million-dollar projects from precon to closeoutStrong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skillsProficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred)Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving abilitiesCommitment to a strong safety culture and high quality standardsBenefitsPTO401k + MatchBenefits
