This is a design-first role for someone with strong visual instincts, a systems mindset, and a focus on polished execution across UI, design systems, and production-ready outputs.Location : Remote. Eastern or Central Time Zones preferred.What You'll Do Design high-quality interfaces across web applications, from wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes on high-impact, cross-industry projectsTranslate business needs into intuitive, visually strong user experiencesBuild and maintain design systems in Figma, including components, variables, and design tokensUse AI tools to explore concepts, generate variations, and accelerate design workflowsProduce developer-ready designs and partner closely with engineers on implementationLead workshops and present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audienceRequirements 3–5 years of experience in UI, product, or visual designStrong Figma skills, including components and design systemsProven visual design ability across wireframes, mockups, and prototypesExperience using AI tools to support design workflows and concept explorationStrong communication skills, including leading workshops and presenting ideas clearlyUnderstanding of design systems, design tokens, and front-end collaborationPreferred skills include exposure to design tokenization, component handoff to development, and AI-related certifications in design or UXWhy Join RDA?
