This role focuses strictly on production execution and operates under the direction of the Production & Product Development Director.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Tracking & ExecutionAssist in tracking all production orders from PO issuance to final deliveryFollow up with factories on daily production status, timelines, and shipment updatesMaintain accurate production timelines and proactively identify and escalate risks, delays, or inconsistencies with clear recommendationsEnsure alignment between production timelines, materials, and vendor commitments across all stagesTrim & Material CoordinationPlace and track trim purchase orders (labels, buttons, packaging, etc.)Ensure trims are delivered in alignment with production schedulesFlag any delays, discrepancies, or misalignments between materials, approvals, and bulk production to the Production DirectorProduction ReportingMaintain and update production tracking charts and WIP reportsPrepare weekly production status updates for internal reviewMaintain real-time production reporting with clear visibility into risks, delays, and inconsistencies Vendor Follow-Up (Execution Only)Support ongoing communication with factories by following up on status updatesRelay information between factories and internal team as neededEscalate any issues, quality concerns, delays, or uncertainties to the Production Director with full context Documentation & System UpdatesUpdate BOMs and production-related documents as assignedMaintain accurate records of production orders, shipments, and approvalsEnsure consistency across internal tracking systemsMaintain clean, audit-ready documentation across all production stagesLogistics CoordinationCoordinate shipments with factories and warehouseTrack inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure on-time arrivalAssist with packing lists and shipping documentation when neededMonitor shipment flow and flag delays that may impact production timelinesEnsure received goods align with approved standards and specifications Qualifications1-3 years of experience in production or apparel operationsStrong organizational and follow-up skillsDetail-oriented with ability to manage multiple styles and timelinesProficient in Excel / Google SheetsStrong communication skills, especially with overseas vendorsAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment with high accountability and ownershipSalary & BenefitsSalary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience)Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, employee discount, and opportunities for professional growth
