Duties and Responsibilities:
* Partner with suppliers to secure on-time delivery of raw materials, trims, and accessories while proactively addressing potential delays.
* Oversee and manage production calendars, ensuring alignment with company deadlines and seasonal requirements.
* Track, analyze, and report production progress to cross-functional teams, providing visibility on timelines and key milestones.
* Anticipate and troubleshoot issues that may affect production flow, escalating and resolving as needed to maintain schedule integrity.
* Collaborate with quality assurance to uphold standards across fit, construction, and compliance.
* Coordinate logistics, shipping, and vendor communications to support smooth distribution of finished goods.
* Cultivate and strengthen relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Supply Chain, or related field.
* 2-4 years of apparel production management or coordination experience
* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
* Proven communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with internal teams and external vendors.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PLM/ERP or production management systems.
* Knowledge of global supply chain operations, sourcing, and logistics best practices.
* Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
