Electrical Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire) Walworth County, WI $38–$42/hour 1st & 2nd Shift Available Shift Options: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM About the Role Adecco is partnering with a leading food manufacturing facility in Walworth County to hire aDirect Hire Electrical Maintenance Technician . This is a great opportunity to join a clean, modern, and highly automated plant where your electrical and troubleshooting skills will be put to use every day. What You'll Do Maintain and repair electrical and process control systems Troubleshoot 480V electrical systems, instrumentation, VFDs, and automation equipment Install, calibrate, and service instruments, valves, actuators, and pneumatic devices Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and loop drawings Perform preventive maintenance and document work in CMMS Use root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability Collaborate with operations, contractors, and plant teams Participate in an on-call rotation as needed Follow all safety and GMP guidelines What We're Looking For Technical degree preferred OR 3+ years of electrical/instrumentation maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why You'll Love This Job Direct Hire— full benefits from day one ?
