Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wallpaper Hanger located in Nashville, TN. The Wallpaper Hanger will be responsible for preparing walls for application, measuring and cutting wallpaper to precise dimensions, applying adhesive and wallpaper with high attention to detail, and ensuring seamless installation. Additional responsibilities include adhering to design specifications, maintaining tools and equipment, and collaborating closely with clients or team members to meet project requirements. Qualifications Onsite training is provided! Start as an assistant and work your way up to paper hanging. Proficient skills in measuring, cutting, and applying wallpaper with precision and consistency.Experience with surface preparation techniques and various adhesive applications.Ability to interpret design layouts and specifications effectively.Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and craftsmanship.Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to work with different materials. Strong communication and customer service skills to collaborate with clients and team members.Physical ability to lift and handle large rolls of wallpaper and work on ladders or scaffolding, if necessary.Prior experience in wallpaper installation, interior design, or a related field is a plus.
