RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor with a nationwide presence to assist in hiring an experienced Drywall Project Manager in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX & Nashville, TN!The ideal candidate will be coming from either a drywall subcontractor or self-perform drywall division.If interested, please email CieraMayes@realrepp.com.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee project execution from planning to closeoutManage construction projectsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure project executionOversee procurement activitiesSupport/lead technical coordination with engineers & clientsPrepare/track change orders, ensuring proper documentation and communicationTrack project budgets, billable hours, labor, billingSupport field teams as necessaryQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)2+ years project management experience with drywall subcontractor OR self-perform drywall divisionExperience with drywall, metal stud framing, IMP, exteriors, etc.Ability to run multiple projects at one timeLarge-scale project experience (preferred)Hospital project experience (preferred)Compensation PackageBase Salary $70-130k (broad range based on experience)Medical, Dental, Vision401k w/ matchESOPPTOOpportunity for growth!Relocation if neededJob TypeFull-time, onsiteWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
