Drywall Estimator - Remote with travel

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established nationwide drywall subcontractor to assist in hiring an experienced hybrid Drywall Estimator in Nashville, TN!This person can be mainly remote but travel to the office in Nashville for bid days 2-3x per month for two days.Relocation available!If interested, please email CieraMayes@realrepp.com.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes drawings and uses applicable software to perform material take-offs for detailed estimates & provides unit cost pricingAssists with developing project updates and bid package estimate documents’ comparisonTracks and adjusts quantities as neededSolicits bids and partners with vendors to build relationships and obtain quotesReviews RFPs, Basis of Design & drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimatePresents information and responds to questions from internal departmentsQualifications3+ years commercial drywall estimating experienceMission-critical experience requiredExperience with commercial drywall, metal framing, ACT, stucco, EIFSProficiency with OST or EDGEAbility to manage and prioritize competing deadlines to ensure deadlines are metLocal Nashville market knowledge (preferred)Compensation PackageSalary $100-140k (wide range based on experience)Discretionary Performance BonusesMedical, Dental, Vision401kESOPCompany Equipment and StipendsJob TypeFull-time, remote with monthly travel to NashvilleWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
