This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to families while assisting with basic administrative and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and manage incoming phone calls professionallyRespond to emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate staffGreet parents and clients and assist with check-in/check-out proceduresCommunicate with parents regarding scheduling and general questionsMaintain and update central notes and administrative documentationPrepare and organize client materials for therapy sessionsTrack and manage clinic inventory and suppliesAssist with filing, scanning, and other basic administrative tasksMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk areaSupport therapists and leadership with basic operational needs QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office or similar)Organized and detail-orientedAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyComfortable interacting with families and children Preferred (Not Required)Previous front desk or receptionist experienceHospitality/Customer ServiceExperience in a medical, therapy, or clinic setting Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a pediatric therapy setting and involves regular interaction with children, parents, and clinical staff.
