In this key role, you will serve as a strategic finance partner supporting Norstella's Commercial and G&A business units, overseeing P&Ls, reporting, and overall business performance. You'll work directly with General Managers and budget owners to manage budgets, analyze variances, and prepare materials for monthly operating reports.This is a high-impact opportunity to take a leadership role within the FP&A function, driving improvements in financial modeling, planning, and reporting. You will help strengthen forecast accuracy and refine key performance metrics. In addition to supporting day-to-day financial operations, you will contribute to long-term strategic planning by delivering clear,actionable insights to senior leadership. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
