Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Seeking a full-time School Psychologist for a contract position located in San Marcos, CA, starting as soon as possible through June 4, 2026. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to student success by conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and collaborating closely with educators and families.Key Responsibilities:Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students within the caseload.Interpret testing results and provide detailed reports to support educational planning.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).Attend meetings and participate in multidisciplinary teams to discuss student progress and needs.Maintain accurate caseload records and documentation as required by district policies.Provide on-site support; virtual candidates will not be considered due to district preferences.Qualifications:Valid credential or license as a School Psychologist.Experience in school-based psychological assessment and intervention.Ability to manage caseload effectively while ensuring compliance with school district standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working within a multidisciplinary team.Availability to work on-site in San Marcos, CA; candidates must be local or willing to commute.Benefits of this contract position include working in a supportive school environment with potential for contract renewal based on performance and district needs.If you are a dedicated School Psychologist seeking a rewarding role with student-focused responsibilities in San Marcos, CA, apply to be considered for this immediate full-time contract opportunity through June 2026.Compensation for this position ranges from $42.88 to $72.88.
