Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A school psychologist opportunity is available on a contract basis in Chippewa Falls, WI, offering a flexible schedule of 1-2 days per week to support special education students and teachers. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in school or public health psychology who are committed to making a meaningful impact on student success and well-being.Key Responsibilities:Lead and conduct all evaluations and reevaluations for students from early childhood through 12th grade, except for speech-only cases handled by the speech-language pathologist.Collaborate closely with special education teachers to support student needs and educational planning.Provide expert assessments to inform individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.Utilize psychological principles to aid in the development of strategies that support student learning and emotional health.Qualifications:Experience as a school psychologist or public health psychologist with a strong background in educational assessments.Ability to work flexibly within the weekly schedule, accommodating days as needed.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with educators, students, and families.Familiarity with special education regulations and evaluation procedures for EC-12 students.Location: Chippewa Falls, WIThis contract position offers the opportunity to influence student outcomes by providing specialized psychological services in a supportive school environment.
