Customer Success Manager

We are partnering with a growing healthcare advertising services organization seeking a Customer Success Manager to support and expand key client relationships. This role is focused on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by ensuring clients are successfully leveraging the company’s solutions and seeing measurable value.This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to deliver a seamless customer experience.This role will be onsite 5 days a week in Scottsdale. AZ. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationshipsDrive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth through proactive engagement and strategyLead onboarding and ongoing enablement to ensure successful adoption of products and servicesPartner with customers to identify goals, challenges, and opportunities for optimizationManage inbound customer requests and guide accounts through the full customer lifecyclePresent value propositions, address objections, and support renewal and upsell conversationsAnalyze customer performance metrics and provide strategic recommendationsConduct regular business reviews with clients, including performance insights and growth opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experienceMaintain accurate and detailed CRM documentation across accounts, opportunities, and customer activityQualifications1–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing roleStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levelsProven ability to build relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver value-driven solutionsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredExperience in healthcare or digital marketing environments is a plusWhat You’ll BringA customer-first mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approachStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsAbility to navigate complex organizations and manage multiple stakeholdersA collaborative attitude and willingness to partner across teamsWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to join a growing team where you can directly impact customer outcomes, influence product adoption, and drive meaningful business growth.
