The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining schedules, providing executive support, operating communication tools with professionalism, and handling clerical responsibilities. The individual will serve as a key contact, ensuring smooth communication within the organization and with external partners. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing documents, organizing schedules, and handling file systems.Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to ensure efficient and professional interactions with clients and team members.Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, providing high-level support to executives, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.Proficiency with office software and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling applications.
