The Assistant will manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate virtual appointments, and organize digital files and documents. Daily responsibilities include preparing and formatting reports or presentations, updating spreadsheets and databases, and tracking project deadlines and action items. The role also involves handling email correspondence, drafting basic communications, and assisting with research or information gathering for client engagements. The Assistant will collaborate with colleagues across time zones, maintain accurate records, and support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and digital calendars).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared drives, project management platforms).Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.Customer service mindset and professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.Prior experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordination role in a professional environment is beneficial.Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
