Each treatment combines professional-grade actives with modern modalities to deliver visible, red-carpet–ready results.This is a unique opportunity to work within one of Beverly Hills’ most respected facial studios, alongside a team dedicated to exceptional skin results and an elevated client experience.CompensationCompetitive commission on services and retail.Role OverviewThe ideal candidate is confident performing advanced corrective facial treatments and understands how to deliver measurable results while maintaining a polished luxury client experience.Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-demand Beverly Hills studio environment and capable of building long-term client relationships rooted in trust, education, and visible outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced treatments offered on the studio menu, including:• Customized Signature Facials• Microcurrent treatments• Microchanneling treatments• Radio Frequency skin tightening• Professional chemical peels• Dermaplaning• Extractions and congestion management• LED light therapy• Facial massage and lymphatic techniquesAdditional responsibilities include:• Conducting thorough skin consultations and developing personalized treatment plans• Recommending and educating clients on professional skincare products• Maintaining strict California State Board sanitation and cleanliness standards• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining backbar organization• Supporting retail recommendations aligned with each client’s skincare goals• Contributing to a polished, professional studio environmentRequirements• Active California Esthetician or Cosmetology License• Minimum 5 years of hands-on facial treatment experience• Experience performing advanced corrective facial treatments and modalities• Confidence performing peels, extractions, dermaplaning, and device-based treatments• Excellent client consultation and communication skills• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury studio environment• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients and treatment planning
