We are seeking passionate, service-driven Estheticians to join our team and deliver elevated face massage experiences designed to help guests relax, restore, and reconnect within.Our Sculpting + Lymphatic Specialists combine intentional touch, sculpting techniques, and thoughtful guest care to create an experience that is both results-driven and deeply restorative.Benefits & PerksMonthly bonus programAesthetically inspiring boutique environmentTeam member discountsA positive, empathetic, and supportive team cultureAn environment where diversity is celebratedSchedule & AvailabilityAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAvailability for at least one PM shift and one weekend shift required (Friday PM qualifies as a weekend shift)Key Responsibilities Share the healing power of touch through intentional face massage techniques designed to relax, sculpt, and restoreThis position may involve additional duties as necessary to maintain operational efficiency and security.Provide customized face massage services focused on:Relaxation and stress reliefLymphatic drainageFacial sculpting and muscle releaseCirculation and overall skin vitalityCreate personalized guest experiences through thoughtful consultation and service customizationClose physical contact with guests through massage servicesEducate guests on the benefits of regular face massage as part of their self-care ritualEnsuring the physical safety and comfort of guests and team membersRecommend enhancements, products, and ongoing wellness rituals to support guest goalsMaintain treatment rooms and service areas to The NOW standards (all supplies provided)Support a seamless guest experience from arrival through post-service recommendationsCollaborate with team members to create a warm, elevated, and welcoming environmentQualifications Active Esthetician license in CaliforniaExperience or strong interest in facial massage techniques including:Manual lymphatic drainageFacial sculptingGua ShaMuscle release techniquesStrong foundation in skin awareness and guest consultationExcellent guest service and communication skillsPassion for wellness, self-care, and holistic healing practicesDesire to be part of a team with an infectious passion for health and wellnessCompensation:$22.00-25.00/hour
