Freelance SAP Change Manager / Change Lead12-Month Contract + ExtensionsFully RemoteStart Date: ASAPWe are currently supporting a global end client on a major international transformation programme and are looking to engage an experienced SAP Change Manager / Change Lead on a freelance contract basis.This is a senior-facing role suited to someone who is confident operating in complex global environments, can build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders, and has a strong background leading organisational change across large SAP programmes.The successful consultant will play a key role in driving business engagement, stakeholder alignment, communication, adoption, and overall change readiness across multiple regions and business functions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and deliver end-to-end change management activities within a large-scale SAP transformation programmePartner closely with senior business stakeholders, programme leadership, and functional teams globallyDevelop and execute change strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and business readiness initiativesManage resistance and drive user adoption across international teams and business unitsFacilitate workshops, leadership discussions, and business-facing sessions with confidence and professionalismSupport training, organisational impact assessments, and change governance activitiesEnsure consistent communication and alignment across global project streamsRequired Experience:Strong experience working as an SAP Change Manager / Change Lead on enterprise SAP programmesProven background working on global transformation projectsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable engaging directly with senior business leaders and executive-level stakeholdersStrong consulting presence with the ability to influence and challenge where neededExperience working in fast-paced international project environmentsFluent English communication skills are essentialContract Details:Freelance / Contract positionFully remoteInitial 12-month contract with strong extension potentialImmediate start preferredWe are specifically looking for senior profiles who can operate independently, communicate effectively with the business, and bring a mature, proactive approach to complex transformation environments.If interested, please apply with your latest CV and availability or send it directly to ilona@senovo-it.com for an immediate consideration.
