ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (Contract)Location: Remote (travel may be required)Contract: Full-time ContractStart date: ASAPWe are currently supporting a major enterprise ServiceNow programme for a leading retail client and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join the team on a contract basis.This role will focus on supporting ITSM and Now Assist initiatives within a large-scale ServiceNow environment, working closely with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport process design activities and facilitate functional workshops across ITSM and wider platform capabilitiesWork with stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processesSupport the adoption and optimisation of ServiceNow Now Assist capabilitiesCollaborate with technical teams to support implementation and delivery activitiesProduce clear functional specifications and process documentationRequirementsStrong experience as a ServiceNow Business Process ConsultantProven background working with ITSM and broader ServiceNow platform capabilitiesExposure to Now Assist and AI-enabled ServiceNow functionalityExcellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsGerman-speaking candidates preferred, although English-speaking consultants will also be considered
