Delivery Operations Analyst - Fleet

Take a walk, grab a bite (or a cup of coffee), work out or get a check-up - we invest in you so you can find your inspiration.Job Description Summary:The primary purpose of this role is to support Fleet operational execution, compliance oversight, and performance monitoring within different Lowe's Fleet verticals. This position drives daily KPI management, project coordination, vendor engagement, and escalation support to ensure consistent service levels, regulatory compliance, and capacity control across the Lowe's fleet program.The Delivery Operations Analyst, reporting directly to Fleet Leadership, effectively partners with Lowe's Market Delivery, Transportation, Store Operations, Supply Chain, and Outside Vendors to identify performance risks, communicate findings, and support corrective mitigation plans that improve the overall delivery and fleet experience.Responsibility StatementsMonitor and analyze key performance indicators related to Delivery & Fleet Operations- including Fleet Compliance, Fleet Performance & Utilization, and broader DOT Compliance Initiatives.Develop recurring and ad hoc reporting as necessary to provide visibility into operational performance, trends, and anticipated risks.Identify performance gaps and partner with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to support corrective action plans and capacity improvements.Engage with 3PL providers and maintenance vendors to track service levels, compliance adherence, and operational performance.Assist in project coordination for network expansion, fleet lifecycle transformations, process improvements, and technology rollouts.Assist with broader department visibility and communications campaigns aimed at increasing field accessibility to fleet rollouts and change management.Support compliance monitoring efforts related to USDOT regulations, maintenance programs, and safety initiatives.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving service reliability and increasing fleet uptime.Prepare executive-ready summaries and performance updates for leadership review.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Logistics, or related fieldOR High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of experience in Fleet, Supply Chain, Store Operations, or Transportation2-4 years of experience in fleet operations, delivery, store operations, transportation, supply chain analytics, or a related fieldExperience working with performance metrics and operational reportingStrong communications, analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partnersPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting last-mile or final-mile delivery operations in a retail or multi-site environmentWorking knowledge of fleet compliance, fleet maintenance programs, and USDOT regulationsExperience engaging with maintenance providers and third-party logistics (3PL)Project coordination or project management experienceAdvanced proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, PowerBI, or other data visualization/reporting toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, national operational environment
