Fleet Analyst

We are seeking a Fleet Analyst I to support fleet operations for a large company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This on‐site role focuses on maintaining accurate fleet data, coordinating dashcam ordering and installation, troubleshooting basic telematics issues, and supporting operational reporting. The analyst will work closely with Supply Chain, HSEI, Operations, and third‐party installers to ensure fleet vehicles and dashcam systems are deployed correctly.Key responsibilities include managing dashcam shipments and installations, maintaining fleet inventory records, preparing and validating fleet reports, and supporting data‐driven decisions related to fleet standards and vehicle needs. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential, as the role involves responding to field inquiries and providing updates to internal stakeholders.Candidates should have a High School Diploma/GED and at least three years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fleet, operations, automotive, procurement, or safety-related work. Microsoft Office proficiency-especially Excel-is required, and experience with GeoTab, Holman Insights, or other telematics tools is preferred. This is a Monday-Friday, 8-5, fully on‐site position.Job DescriptionThe Fleet Analyst I is responsible for supporting all aspects of fleet vehicles throughout their lifecycle, with a focus on ensuring fleet data accuracy, executing dashcam programs, and operational reporting. This role involves maintaining reliable fleet records, coordinating dashcam ordering and installation, supporting data-driven decisions, and providing clear communication to internal stakeholders.Responsibilities+ Order dashcams and related hardware, track shipments, and coordinate deliveries.+ Manage and coordinate third-party installers, ensuring accurate and timely installations.+ Assign dashcam devices to vehicles, confirm connectivity, and support basic troubleshooting.+ Maintain downstream reporting related to dashcam deployment, usage, and data quality.+ Maintain accurate fleet inventory records and motor vehicle specifications.+ Prepare, review, and validate fleet reports, including data input, cleansing, and exception handling.+ Analyze operational equipment needs to support data-driven fleet decisions.+ Assist with basic cost studies related to vehicle configurations and fleet standards.+ Support analysts and leadership by delivering clear, reliable data insights.+ Maintain documentation for fleet policies, procedures, and process improvement initiatives.+ Collaborate with Fleet Support, HSEI, Operations, and vendors to uphold data integrity and operational efficiency.+ Provide regular status updates to leadership and internal customers.+ Respond to field support inquiries with a customer service mindset.Essential Skills+ Invoice processing, fleet management, record keeping, supply chain, inventory management.+ High School Diploma or GED.+ Minimum three years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, fleet, category management, procurement, automotive, or safety-related roles.+ Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.+ Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with above average Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data analysis).+ Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.+ Ability to work independently after onboarding and manage multiple priorities.+ Safety-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or accounting preferred.+ Prior exposure to company fleet programs, dashcams, GPS telematics, or safety initiatives preferred.+ Experience with GeoTab or similar fleet/telematics platforms is advantageous but not required.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
