CNC PROGRAMMER/OPERATOR

CNC Programmer/OperatorWe are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer/Operator with expertise in Mastercam programming and hands-on operation of advanced multi-axis CNC equipment. Key responsibilities include:Program CNC machines using Mastercam.Set up and operate the following machines to produce tight-tolerance, complex parts:Doosan SMX 2600ST Mill-Turn (9 axis)Doosan HP 5100II HMC (with tombstone fixturing)Okuma 2SP-150H Lathe (2 spindle, 2 turret)Tsugami Swiss Lathe (including hobbing head attachment)Additional responsibilities include:Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.Select tooling, cutting parameters, and work holding solutions for optimal performance.Troubleshoot and refine CNC programs for accuracy and cycle time improvement.Qualifications:5+ years CNC programming and machining experience.Strong proficiency in Mastercam for mill-turn, horizontal, and Swiss lathes.Proven experience with the specific CNC equipment listed above.Solid understanding of multi-axis machining strategies and setups.Aerospace manufacturing experience.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.Benefits:Competitive compensation based on experience.Health, dental, vision, life & LTD insurance.Paid time off and holidays.401(k) retirement plan w/company match.Job Type: Full-time
