We also invest in continual training for our employees, ensuring you stay on the cutting edge of tooling technology.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts in the Des Moines and Central Iowa areas.Provide technical expertise and offer solutions to help customers optimize their machining processes.Write, follow up on, and close quotes.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering responsive, reliable support.Perform additional duties as required to contribute to team success.Requirements3+ years of machine shop experience (CNC machining preferred).Related technical degree (e.g., CNC Machining, Industrial Machinist) is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to uncover needs and recommend effective tooling solutions.Excellent time management, organization, and follow-up skills.Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.Proficient with computers and basic software applications.Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.This role transitions from a salaried position to commission-based compensation.Why Join Productivity?At Productivity, we’re more than a leading provider of CNC machining tools and services—we’re a trusted partner to our customers and a supportive employer to our team.
