Position Overview NearU maintains a proactive Senior Leadership Talent Network to support growth, succession planning, and future opportunities across our operating regions. We are seeking experienced General Managers and Regional Operations Leaders with a strong track record of driving profitability, operational excellence, and team development in multi-site, service-based environments. Expertise in technical or product-specific sales requiring detailed product knowledge and negotiation skills. Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly. Exceptional leadership abilities combined with strong communication skills for effective team management and client interactions. Prior experience in account management, negotiation, marketing collaboration, and customer service is highly desirable.
