The Account Executive will beresponsible for collaborating closely with multiple regional offices to manageassigned accounts, develop brand-new business opportunities, and participate instrategic Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to expand market share.EssentialDuties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Research,analyze, and identify business prospects through daily cold calling, webresearch, and networking to secure new business opportunities both locallyand out of state.Establishand cultivate professional business relationships through face-to-facevisitations with potential customers while maintaining strong ties withthe current client base.Maximizeprofitability from assigned accounts by conducting periodical reviews ofdirect costs versus selling rates.Documentall sales activities, leads, and client interactions accurately within theCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) software.Maintaineffective communication with team members, overseas offices, and globalagents concerning target and assigned accounts.Leadand participate in the RFQ process, collaborating with internaldepartments and other offices to ensure comprehensive and competitivesubmissions.Participatein weekly calls with management to review current activities, salespipelines, and issues pertaining to assigned accounts.Monitoraccounts receivable closely in coordination with the accounting departmentto ensure timely collections.Conductbusiness travel as necessary, which may include travel by car, domesticair travel, international air travel, and overnight stays.QualificationsThe idealcandidate will be a proactive sales professional with a deep understanding ofthe logistics landscape and a proven track record of territory growth. Theyshould possess the following attributes:Strongrelationship-building skills and the ability to represent the organizationprofessionally during face-to-face meetings.Highlyorganized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and RFQ deadlinessimultaneously.Aself-starter mindset with the discipline to manage a remote or field-basedschedule effectively.RequiredExperience:Minimumof 3+ years of experience within the Freight Forwarding industry.LocalKnowledge:3+ years of residency/work experience in Arizona toleverage local market insights.TechnicalSkills:Excellent literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook,Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Mobility:Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally asrequired by the business.PreferredProvenexperience in managing RFQs for large-scale logistics contracts.Existingnetwork of contacts within the Phoenix metropolitan area businesscommunity.About Us At Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
