Responsibilities:Responsible for engaging with provided leads and establishing long-lasting relationships with B2B decision makers to ensure customer satisfaction and a consistent flow of revenue."Hunter " mindset with the desire to both grow and maintain new and current accounts which is critical to building a sales pipelineGo on plant visits from time to time to see production facilityBuild strong relationships using personality and sales skills to sell their services and provide solutions to their clients.Engage proactively with provided leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their industrial repair needs.Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their pain points, and offering tailored repair solutions to meet their requirementsDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline by consistently following up with leads.Keep detailed records of interactions, opportunities, and client information using CRM software for effective pipeline management and reportingMeet and exceed sales targetsCollaborate with sales-tea to learn about different industries and solutions that can be provided to clients.Stay current with industry trends and needs Ideal Candidate will possess the following:Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred but not requiredProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenSelf-Motivated and driven to succeedAbility to perform duties in a high-pressure, fast-paced always changing environmentAbility to analyze market trends and competitor activitiesExcellent negotiation skillsProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordHigh level of energy and a commitment to excellenceTeam playerCoachable and always willing to learn
