Mortgage Client Services Representative - 75010

*Description* *Customer Experience Specialist I (Onsite)* Entrylevel role supporting Consumer Direct Lending. Acts as the primary contact helping consumers through the loan origination process and supports efficient workflows across the Mortgage Fulfillment team. *Responsibilities:** Handle inbound/outbound consumer calls and highvolume inquiries. * Manage a loan pipeline and complete routine data entry. * Communicate via calls, emails, and chats with consumers, employees, and authorized third parties. *Skills:* Customer service, call center, mortgage, originations, servicing, and banking. *Qualifications:** Mortgage/financial call center experience preferred. * Basic understanding of mortgage regulations a plus. * Strong detail orientation, independence, and time management. * Solid problemsolving, math, and communication skills.
