Dispatcher

Advertised pay rate is $20 per hour plus bonus. This is a full time position, work hours are 7am until approximately 4pm weekdays. Overtime is common.

As a Dispatcher you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team assisting our technicians by sending the right technician to the right job, by supporting our Customer Care Team, and ensuring the highest level of care for our customers.

The Big Task
Receive, verify, and dispatch customer requests, as well as schedule and confirm appointments.
Organize, prioritize, and assign customer jobs to field technicians.
Dispatch technicians, maintain the dispatch board
Complete and submit reports as required to supervisor and management.
Support Customer Service and answer incoming calls as needed.
Work with warehouse on tracking truck repairs, tools, and PO’s.
Send messages and appointments to technicians.
Attend to customer questions and requests
Communicate and work closely with Managers
Maintain regularly scheduled appointment status updates for customers
Audit scheduled service call appointments
Follow all standard company procedures for call taking, scheduling sold jobs, taking deposits
Update customers in regards to anticipated arrival times and reschedules
Respond promptly and appropriately to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand
Be responsive to the needs of internal and external customers
Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information
REQUIREMENTS
Must demonstrate above average oral, written, and communication skills

Previous experience dispatching in a high volume, fast paced environment a plus
Able to work extra hours if demand dictates
Comfortable working with multiple monitors, software platforms and applications simultaneously
