Entry Level HVAC On Site Warehouse and Delivery Associate

HVAC TechnicianWe're looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join our growing HVAC company in a full-time, entry-level role. This position is ideal for someone who wants to get their foot in the door in the HVAC industry while gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business. This is a flexible, team-oriented role that supports our warehouse, field technicians, and operations teamand offers a clear path for growth.What You'll Do:Organize, clean, and help maintaining the warehousePull and stage materials for upcoming jobsLoad, transport, and unload equipment and materials safelyDeliver materials to job sites throughout Buffalo, Rochester, and surrounding areasAssist with proper disposal of materials and job site cleanupSupport technicians, installers and supervisors with daily operational needsWhat We're Looking For:Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust be able to lift 60lbs.Ability to safely operate company vehiclesAbility to lift heavy materials and perform physical workStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyGood communication skills and a team-first attitudeWillingness to learn and take on a variety of tasksNice to Have (Not Required):Previous warehouse, delivery, or construction experienceWhy Join Us:Entry point into a growing HVAC companyHands-on training and real-world experienceOpportunity to advance into other departments (Service, Install, etc.)Steady, full-time work with a supportive teamCompensation: $20.00 per hour
