What You'll Be Responsible ForSet up and operate CNC machines to produce parts that meet exact specificationsMonitor machine performance and identify issues such as tool wear or equipment malfunctionsInspect finished components using precision measuring tools and document results accuratelyInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions with confidenceRun production lots efficiently while maintaining high quality standardsCommunicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flowComplete and maintain required production and quality documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all safety, environmental, DOT, and HAZMAT guidelinesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projectsExpand your skills through training and certification opportunitiesSupport production demands, including overtime as needed What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training preferred2–3 years of CNC machining or related manufacturing experienceStrong understanding of machining techniques and shop practicesExperience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructionsAttention to detail and commitment to producing quality workDependable, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic What We Offer?$28.00-32.00 per hour$.75 shift differential5% annual bonus potentialEducational assistance and paid training401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysConsolidated Precision Products (CPP) is an industry-leading manufacturer of highly engineered components and sub-assemblies, supplying the commercial aerospace, military and industrial markets with small-to-large "function critical" products.
