Key ResponsibilitiesLead the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and controls within a high-tech aerospace manufacturing facilityDiagnose and resolve electrical issues in CNC machines, automated systems, robotics, and facility infrastructureInterpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals with a high degree of accuracyEnsure all electrical work complies with applicable codes, standards, and aerospace quality requirementsSupport preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtimeCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to improve system performance and efficiencyOversee and mentor electricians and maintenance technicians; provide technical guidance and trainingManage and coordinate outside contractors for electrical projects and upgradesMaintain accurate documentation of repairs, modifications, and inspectionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical systems, energy efficiency, and safety QualificationsActive Journeymen license (required)7+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience, preferably in aerospace or highly regulated environmentsStrong knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, automation systems, and industrial power distributionExperience with CNC equipment, robotics, and automated production lines highly preferredDeep understanding of NFPA 70 (NEC), OSHA regulations, and electrical safety standardsAbility to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams and schematicsProven troubleshooting skills in high-pressure, production-driven environmentsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities What We Offer$42.00-$50.00DOE5% quarterly bonus potentialPaid training & educational assistance to grow your career401(k) with company matchGenerous paid time off and paid holidaysA collaborative, team-driven culture where your contributions matter Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is an industry-leading manufacturer of highly engineered components and sub-assemblies, supplying the commercial aerospace, military and industrial markets with small-to-large "function critical" products.
