Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Milford, NH to bring on Production Technicians. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with flexible scheduling options.Position: Production TechnicianShift: 1st Shift – Flexible start times (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)Pay: $19.64/hourLocation: Milford, NHSummary:We are looking for detail-oriented Production Technicians to support manufacturing operations including testing, inspection, and packaging of finished products. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple functions while maintaining high quality and productivity standards.Duties & Responsibilities:Perform testing, inspection, and packaging of products according to established proceduresOperate various testing equipment and systems to ensure product performance and qualityRead and follow work instructions, blueprints, and material lists to complete assigned tasksAccurately complete ERP transactions and maintain production recordsIdentify and report any quality or process issues to leadershipPrepare materials for production and verify components are correct for each jobMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentSupport cross-functional teams and assist in training as neededQualifications:Previous manufacturing, production, or testing experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standardsComfortable working with testing equipment and following technical instructionsAbility to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills and experience with ERP systems is a plusTeam-oriented with strong communication skillsThis is a great opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing team offering consistent hours, flexible scheduling, and long-term growth potential.If you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.
