Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Jaffrey, NH to bring on General Production Associates! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a great schedule and consistent overtime potential. General Production Associate Pay Range: $17–$18/HR Location: Jaffrey, NH Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (OT available on Fridays) We are looking for General Production Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role includes operating machines, packaging finished products, and assisting with production to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.Operate production machines and monitor performanceLoad materials and keep machines running efficientlyPackage finished products and prepare for shipmentPerform basic quality checks to ensure product standardsAssist with moving materials and staging productsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow all safety and production proceduresSupport team members to meet daily production goalsPrevious manufacturing or production experience preferredAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 30–50 lbs as neededComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and reliabilityTeam-oriented with a good work ethic Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
