You'll own your territory from day one: generating pipeline, running complex enterprise sales cycles, managing technical evaluations, and closing strategic customers. You'll sell directly to CISOs and senior security leaders, working closely with our founding team and solutions engineers to shape deals and influence how we go to market.We're looking for people who are energized by early-stage environments, take genuine ownership, and want to have influence inside a fast-growing company.What you'll doOwn the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through closeBuild and manage territory pipeline through outbound, events, referrals, and executive networkingRun discovery, technical evaluations, pilots, commercial negotiations, and procurement processesSell directly to CISOs, security leaders, and enterprise decision-makersPartner with leadership, product, and solutions engineering to win strategic accountsRepresent Teleskope at industry events, executive dinners, and within the security communityMaintain rigorous forecasting and CRM hygieneFeed customer and market insights back into product and go-to-market strategyWho you are5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in cybersecurityProven track record selling to enterprise security buyers - CISOs, VPs, and executive stakeholdersFull-cycle closing experience, including complex multi-stakeholder dealsAbility to generate pipeline independentlyTrack record of meeting or exceeding quotaStrong executive presence and communication skillsComfort operating in fast-moving, early-stage environmentsNice to HavesExperience with data security, DSPM, CSPM, DLP, or cloud securityStartup experience at a Series A or B companyMEDDIC or MEDDPICC experienceExisting relationships in the security communityExperience with land-and-expand sales motionsWhat you'll getMeaningful equity in a fast-growing, Series A-backed startupCompetitive compensation with uncapped upsideDirect exposure to and collaboration with executive leadershipReal ownership over your territory and pipeline strategy from day oneFlexible work environmentHealth, vision, dental, 401(k), and more benefits, heavily subsidized by TeleskopeThe opportunity to help build the GTM playbook at a company shaping the future of AI and data security
