Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ Complete individualized patient evaluations and participate in developing and implementing individual care plans through collaboration with physicians and patient care teams, including patient and family.+ Provide, document and direct skilled and purposeful therapeutic care to progress the patient through their plan of care.+ Instruct and educate patient/family/caregivers in the use of therapy and compensatory rehabilitation in relation to their diagnosis.+ Prioritize caseload, determine patient care needs and coordinate with therapy and medical staff for appropriate assignments/handoff.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.Education:+ Bachelor's degree required.
