This position plays an important role in assembling window components using production equipment and hand tools to ensure quality and efficiency on the line.Job Duties:Assemble window sashes or frame sections using a snap table fixtureAlign vinyl or aluminum components before fastening or locking them togetherInsert balance systems, weatherstripping, glass stops, or hardware as requiredVerify measurements and ensure components meet quality standardsInspect finished sections for gaps, misalignment, or defectsOperate hand tools or light pneumatic tools during assemblyMaintain production speed to meet daily output targetsKeep the workstation clean and follow safety proceduresSupport team members and assist with additional production tasks as neededShift & Pay:$13.00/hourMondayThursday / 8:00 AM-7:00PMOvertime required based on production needsPosition Requirements:Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasksComfortable working around machinery and assembly equipmentStrong attention to detail and hand eye coordinationAbility to follow instructions and work in a fast paced environmentReliable attendance and dependability required
