The position operates in a small team environment (1 2 person station) and requires strong attention to detail and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Assemble patio door components according to production specificationsFollow step-by-step assembly processes from start to finishMeasure, align, and fit materials accurately to ensure quality standardsOperate basic hand tools and production equipment safelyInspect finished products for defects and ensure proper functionMaintain a clean and organized work areaMeet daily production goals while maintaining accuracyFollow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirementsShift & Pay$13.00/hourMonday Thursday / 8:00 AM -7:00PMOvertime required based on production needsRequirements:Ability to learn processes quickly and work independently after trainingStrong attention to detail and quality control awarenessDependable attendance and consistent work performance requiredComfortable standing for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 5075 lbs as neededComfortable working in a manufacturing environmentPreferred Qualifications:Prior assembly or manufacturing experienceExperience using measuring tools and hand tools
