Compact Sales SpecialistHiFyve is hiring a Compact Sales Specialist in the heavy equipment industry in Portland, OR!Salary: Up to $130,000/yearShift: FlexibleLocation: Hybrid (Portland, OR)Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesSell and rent new and used compact equipment including mini excavators, loaders, and attachmentsDevelop and manage a territory to drive profitable sales and rental growthBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to increase long-term businessIdentify customer needs and recommend equipment solutionsConduct on-site equipment demonstrations, inspections, and technical supportPrepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreementsMaintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activitiesAttend training sessions and sales meetings to stay current on products and promotionsEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAdditional education in sales, business, or related field is a plusKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Experience in heavy or compact equipment sales or related industry preferredStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage a sales territoryProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systemsHigh level of motivation and ability to meet sales targetsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to travel locally and perform on-site customer visitsIf you are interested, please apply
