Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in Rotating Equipment and Industrial Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales of rotating machinery (pumps, compressors, turbines, motors) and aftermarket services (repair, maintenance, upgrades) to industrial clients across sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business in the assigned territory or sector.
Identify and pursue new opportunities for rotating equipment sales, retrofits, overhauls, and service agreements.
Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and plant/site visits to understand customer requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and service teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, procurement, and maintenance teams.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience:
5 years of technical sales experience in rotating equipment, mechanical systems, or industrial services.
Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, and related maintenance services.
Experience in industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, power generation, or water treatment is preferred.

Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specs
Willingness to travel (local and regional)
