Truck Rental Sales Representative

About the RoleWe are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Commercial Truck Rental Sales Representative to drive business growth in our Western Washington territory. In this role, you manage a territory of B2B accounts, helping businesses with their transportation strategy and providing the equipment they need to stay operational.You will manage the full sales cycle to negotiating long-term contracts and providing post-sale support.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.Consultative Selling: Analyze customer transportation needs and recommend tailored solutions to optimize their fleet operations.Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and maximize revenue.Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare accurate estimates while managing a consistent sales pipeline.Market Insight: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to effectively position our rental products.Required QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2-3 years of B2B experience; prior experience in transportation, leasing, or heavy equipment is preferred.Skills: Proficiency in using a CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.Certifications: Must possess a valid driver's license.Physical Ability: Comfortable climbing in and out of large trucks and working in various weather conditions.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation: Average annual pay for this role ranges $60,000 to over $100,000 for top performers.Benefits: Comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with company match and a monthly car allowance.
