Confidential Opportunity | Manufacturing OperationsWe are seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead production and warehouse operations for a growing manufacturing business. This role oversees a small, multi-shift team and is responsible for building structure, consistency, and capability across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.This is an ideal role for a strong operational leader who enjoys solving problems, developing people, and building systems in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment.What You'll DoOwn daily, weekly, and monthly performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivityEstablish disciplined production planning, scheduling, and inventory management processesExecute and sustain Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or similar)Implement KPIs, visual management, and daily management routinesDrive continuous improvement in productivity, scrap reduction, uptime, and labor efficiencyBuild and enforce standard work; reduce reliance on tribal knowledgeTrain, coach, and develop a small production team (currently ~7 employees)Develop future leaders and support onboarding and development of new rolesPartner closely with site leadership to align operational execution with business prioritiesWhat We're Looking For7–10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, with increasing leadership responsibilityProven experience leading production teams in small to mid-sized operationsExperience in continuous-process manufacturing preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting capabilityProven experience with:Production planning & capacity managementInventory Control and accuracyQuality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or similar)KPI tracking, reporting, and operational metricsContinuous improvement methodologiesTraining, cross-training, and team developmentHighly organized, proactive, and solutions-orientedStrong people leadership, communication skills, and decision-making skillsPositive, steady leadership style—especially during challenging periodsWhy This RoleThis is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who wants real ownership—not just oversight.
