This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in corporate training, onboarding, and performance management .This position requires onsite work in Aurora, CO , with travel to Colorado Springs 2–3 times per month to facilitate orientation sessions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage pre-orientation logistics for Colorado Springs onboarding programsFacilitate Team Member Orientation sessions (in-person)Support development and refinement of performance management processes , including:Goal settingPerformance evaluationsCalibration processesProvide consultation on:Onboarding programsEmployee engagement initiativesCareer development pathwaysTeam Member Experience (TMX)Assist with documentation and process improvements related to HR and talent developmentPartner with stakeholders across departments to support learning and development strategiesManage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in:Human ResourcesEducationOrganizational DevelopmentLeadership DevelopmentOR related fieldOR 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degreeMinimum 4+ years of experience in:Corporate trainingOrganizational developmentTalent developmentStrong experience in:Facilitating training sessionsPerformance management processesEmployee engagement programsPreferred QualificationsExpertise in:Instructional designLearning program developmentStrong project and program management skillsExcellent communication and facilitation abilitiesAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholdersExperience managing multiple priorities in complex environments
