Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a strategic partner in identifying technical talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies
Serve as an advisor to hiring managers to define roles and ideal candidate profiles, pushing back on unrealistic requirements
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical positions, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
Technically fluent with the ability to engage in conversations about software development concepts
Proficient in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to find passive talent
Bachelor's degree required
Proven ability to manage multiple high-touch candidates simultaneously and drive high offer-acceptance rates
