Summary:Duration: 4 MonthsShift: 8H Days : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMRequirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or a related fieldMinimum of four (4) years of experience in corporate training or organizational development is requiredDemonstrated strong facilitation skills in complex topics and content such as leadership development, organizational development, and Human Resource policy and process changes based on principles of adult learning theoriesDemonstrated outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated successful program and project management skills including change managementDemonstrated ability to successfully interact with customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority within the organizationDemonstrated ability to multi-task in a high-pace, ever-changing, and complex environmentDemonstrated ability to engage in effective consulting which includes the ability to: provide assessment, development, coaching, and implementation of consulting services with internal clients to achieve business results which are aligned with the organizational mission, vision, values, and strategyRequired Certifications: Certified as a DiSC facilitator and practitionerPreferred Skills:Demonstrated ability to provide Learning Management System Support: Provide support and backup for our internal LMS Systems Administrator as needed in areas such as database administration, user support, tracking, reporting, and troubleshootingPrior experience working in the healthcare industryAXEL01
