Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days, 3X12 W-Fri call (1x a week 1 weekend per 5 weeks) Hours per Shift: 12 hours per shift Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: Versatility in multiple service lines. Experience with general, vascular, or robotic cases. Proficient in at least one of the three main specialties. Scrubbing experience is a plus, but not required. Previous travel experience is required. Description: Looking for a registered nurse to join the Operating Room team. The unit has 19 surgical suites with an average of 30-40 cases per day. Flexibility with hours is required; shifts typically start between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM. Call is required one weekday per week and one weekend every five weeks. There will be rotation with the team for holidays and call. Response time for call is 30 minutes. Floating may occur between two main operating rooms. The dress code includes ceil blue or navy blue scrubs. The focus is on finding someone eager to work with a positive attitude. Breaks include a 15-minute morning break and a 30-minute lunch break. This is a smoke-free environment. Must possess a good general surgery base.
